HIV antibodies detectable during aids stage? accurate?

4 years ago in 2014 I had one time unprotected vaginal sex and 3 and a half years later in 2017 i did a 4th generation Ag/Ab combo test which was thankfully negative, as of today it has been 8 months since i did the test. My worry is that could i already be in the "aids" stage?!!! and therefore the test not work and the antibodies not show up since then the body would not produce any antibodies?. Also, would anything cause the antibodies to disappear by now? such as autoimmune disease?

I've already replied to this why are you asking again. 

I feel like you need some proper help from a psychiatrist. You seem to be unable to accept a negative HIV result. 

You don't have HIV or AIDS. You have tested negative. I feel like this perhaps delves into a deeper anxiety.

Please talk to your GP about your concerns. Xx
