Hi im in my 30s and i had a sexual encounter 3 and half years ago, I beleive she was HIV positive. After three days i had diarrhea for a couple of days and after a few months. Then after a month i had a very bad burning sore throat that is not so bad now but it is still chronic. I also had little red spots on my body after that and I started to get floaters after 9 months in my eyes that are still present. This year i was diagnosed with idiopathic maculopathy. I tested Hiv1/2/O 4th gen 2 weeks after exposure, Hiv1/2 and Hcv RNA qualitative 17 days after exposure. After 4 weeks Hiv1/2/O 4th gen, after 8 weeks Hiv1/2/O 4th gen, Hiv1/2/O 4th gen, after 12 weeks 4th gen. After 10 months after i had 3 different Hiv1/2/O 4th gen tests and a HIV 1/2 PCR qualitative. At 12 months i had 4th gen and Hiv1/2 RNA quantitative as well. At 24 months I did Hiv1/2/O 4th gen again. All Hiv, Hcv syphilis tests were negative. Whenever i did Hiv1/2/O 4th gen I also did Hcv and Syphilis. I also tested for Hbv which was negative. I was positive for cmv and ebv antibodies and i was positive for infectuous mono, i belive heterophile antibodies were tested at 14 months after exposure. I also did CD4/CD8 count and everything was normal in around 1000 and the ratio was normal also. My lymph nodes were swollen two times for two days in a year after exposure. Now i am experiencing dizziness for two weeks. What could be happening here, is it still mono or my tests are wrong, what could it be? Praying everything is ok. My anxiety is sky high.
