A couple months back I had unprotected sex with a guy,I regret for not using protection ,immediately after I decided get tested for stds 3 weeks later all my rest came back negative ,my hiv test was blood test anyway a week after my results came back I got sick for 1 days fever runny nose coughing chills and felt fine next day.latley I notice I been getting rash on my stomach it could be just ezema I have really dry skin. I been worried latley that I might need get another test done I feel fine but I’m back of mind .Was 3 weeks later to early get tested.

Yes you can try to get tested again in 5 months, just to double-check. (Most likely you don't have anything though!).

You did not state what test you took. 3 weeks is a little early, but you are close to where most doctors would recommend, and are likely negative. I am assuming you took a 4th generation test, which will pick up 95% of infections at 28 days after exposure. A confirmatory test three months after the exposure is typically recommended. This is because 5% of people take this long to show a positive result.
