I do need your feedback please.
I am 60, and have been suffering with my prostate about 20 years 
I had PAE about 2 years ago, unfortunately it did not work at all for me.
I finally decided for Holep, this is going to be done this thursday.
I am a bit anxious but i think this is normal 
Did you have Holep after embolisation?
do you know if prostatitis would disappear for ever after Holep?
is Holep painfull? how long before real improvement of pee squirt?

I’m preparing for Holep in the UK and there is a lot of reading material here, including Youtube videos.
The outcome depends very much on your surgeon. Most likely this will be done under general anaesthesia, so you will feel nothing. You will wake up with a catheter, which is usually removed next day and if you can pee - you are sent home. You may have a burning feeling in your urethra. You may experience incontinence. In most men this is temporary and don’t last longer than 3 months.
I don’t think earlier PAE affects Holep.
Holep has the easiest recovery of all procedures but there are certain risks that your urologist had to discuss with you.
