Very good, I haven't been using deodrant in some yrs, having been using zinc oxide or A&D ointment under arm. Have not used commerical deo's in years.
I make my toothpaste pretty often and also my pycnogenol moisturizer/anti wrinkle cream. Grape seed ex and pycnogenol are anti agers...My skin is pretty wrinkle free for 76. Too bad my joints have so many wrinkles in them....darnnnnn
Hi Marey. What is wrong with the body crystal deoderant? My health food suppliers sell that one only and says it is completely safe. My husband is a hard worker in this heat and he only uses a small dusting of Bi Carb Soda in any area that gets smelly. No chemicals in that and is so simple.
Would you please share the moisturizer/anti wrinkle cream recipe with me?
I try to eat and use natural and organics products as much as my budge stretches. My daughters and I like to make our own beauty remedies. I stopped using deodorant under my arm since two years ago when I dicovered cysts in my breast. I will sure try Marey recipe for deodorant.
For some years I purchased a wrinkle cream product from a supplement company I deal with here in the U.S., this product contained Pycnogenol. It was affordable but in time I decided to make my own, like to make my own stuff since I have time since retirement.
In a 4 ounce jar I add a portion of Vit E cream and a portion of aloe vera cream...to this I add the powder of 2 pycnogenol capsules and a portion of MSM granules/powder. I've used grape seed powder but it's more grainey and I found the pycnogenol I buy works better. Mix it all together and use morning and before bed.
These antioxidants are anti aging products...plus I've been taking them internally for 19 yrs... So my face skin for my age is really smooth and hardly any lines. It's genes too, my dad still looked to be 80 something when he left at 96.
Would love it if you'd put up one of your beauty remedies as a new thread...so folk can see at a glance from the title what the recommendation will be and we'll start to build up a great resource for others.
You can also use plain old magnesium oil or if you are worried about the sting, Milk of magnesia I hear works very well. Also you will be getting a dose of magnesium transdermally
