Yesterday I noticed these little white lines across every fingernail. I have no idea how long they've been there. They are not on any toes. Don't feel sick, have not injured nails, and figure it might possibly be a protein issue.I was just curious if anyone with experience knows what this truly is. I eat a well-rounded diet, so not sure why would be protein issue, but also see that post-COVID, this is a thing. I had COVID in December. If it doesn't go away, I may mention it to my GP when I go for wellness check in a few months.
