Just over 3 weeks I've been on fluoxetine 20mg and in the beginning I completely lost my motivation, didn't want sex or my husband to come near me which is the total opposite of what Im normally like and just felt generally numb and not really with it, but I felt nice oddly?! Week three hit and Ive been having a lot of side effects ranging from being extremely tired, to energetic to no appetite one minute and starving the next. Constantly Hot and cold and sometimes hot flashes. My teeth have been playing up due to clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth in the night.
However, now I'm finding that I'm beyond horny and just want it constantly although I'm finding it hard to orgasm and when & if I eventually do, it's not how it usually feels I can only describe it as being a bit dull, numb and over with quickly?! Then I feel very low afterwards in my head. My sex drive though is insane which is so frustrating because I'm not able to enjoy the orgasm. I'm really hoping this side effect will pass and I'm not stuck like this forever.
