Please, please can someone help. I have been suffering from chronic upper right side pain for a few year with constant bloating. I don’t have IBS, not an ‘A’ typical one that’s for sure, no problem with toilet at all, no cramps etc. However what I do have is a large rectocele and endometriosis which is through the pelvice and on the bowel. I have been to see Gastro and Gynie a few years ago but no one can come up with what is causing the painful climax. I am hoping someone on here has experienced this or knows something about it. Intercourse is fine, no pain, climax normal, no pain, hours after around 5 to 6 the pain starts, my bowel feels like it starts to distend backwards, fills with air, my stomach gets tight and really burns, its hellish. my whole abdomen feels like it swells and not bloats, its like volcanic heat, but the pain is awful. It lasts up to 3 days or more. I have changed surgeries as my GP’s were awful and thankfully at a much better practice. GP thinks it gynie. To me it feels like an auto immune problem. It’s impacted heavily on my life. I am always in pain, I struggle when bending, when I lean into the bath my abdomen immediately bloats, very odd how that happens. Please if there is anyone that can help me, oh gosh, it would save my life. I am booking a private consultation with Gynie and need to throw as much as possible at him.. any ideas, suggestions would be very much appreciated? Many thanks.. B
