No need to apologise Jamie. I've had a few cramps since having the Mirena coil and the cramps that feel like a toothache in your uterus. It's so hard to relieve too somedays. When my periods used to start, all my PMS symptoms lifted but just lately, I don't know where I am with them half of the time.

It eased up a lot to the point I don't have them at all. But of course, I had the nauseous and nervous stomach, and a little diarrhea. All this evening I keep getting the hot feeling on and off. I don't actually sweat so I don't know if these are hot flushes or not but it's uncomfortable. I keep asking everyone are they hot and they looking at me crazy. I tell you i'm so over it.
