hot and stiff hands/feet both morning and night

Hello all, I wake up in the morning with really hot and stiff fingers. I also find that when finally get to sit down at night, the same thing happens. Does anyone else experience this? xx

I’ve been getting stiff fingers in the evening, the episodes last for about 30 minutes each. Really frustrating.
