Had anyone had like hot flash flushing feeling then breast/chest discomfort with it wow it's uncomfortable I was put on HRT 3 weeks ago and I have some good days and bad days it just debilitating
I have been having hot flashes with electrical shock feeling in my chest.....very scary...I nvert knew how bad menopause would be.. I just wanted to let ou know your not alone. I dont have much advice but it kinda sucks!!
I had the electric shock on top of my head it was terrible menopause sure does suck!!
does hrt help? and what type of hrt did you take.
