I noticed the past few days a strange wave of heat that comes and goes in my right leg. Also have the usual hormonal breast tenderness. Can you have hot flashes in your LEGS? Is that a thing now. :(

I had to respond on reading this… I can attest to this… my legs become hot during the day… and not to mention the internal burny feeling mostly at night but even sometimes in the day… It is a thing for sure related to hormonal imbalances… it sucks… what I do is rub my hands lightly over my calves and that makes it feel better… however can I ask.. your calf is not red is it?? If it is furniture g red you may rather want to see the doctor about that… but if not and it just feels hot then yes menopausal symptom..

Thanks Tams! I think you’re right. It’s not red and my ovaries are a bit sore and crampy and as I said breast tenderness so might be getting period. I HATE HORMONES right now. I want to try this hormone cycling thing that’s supposed to balance hormones but I have a giant fibroid that I have to get removed first because it might respond to hormones aka grow more and a dermoid. And I can’t find a doctor I wholly trust in CA. I’m debating a dr. william parker but I’m SO SICK OF having all the peri hormone symptoms.
Shame Sakura… I am with you on that… I however am like 15 years post… and now all this starts up?? what’s with that!! I will keep you in my prayers… let us know how the hormone cycling thing goes after removal of fibroid…
