Does hot flashes make you feel ill? I've not really dealt with them other then just staying hot but I'm getting intense heat and feel nauseous and dizzy then it will subside to only hit again doing this for a few days now I'm due for cycle tomorrow is this a typical hot flash?
Nothing typical in peri! But I definitely will feel worse with what I think is a hot flash. My foot will start burning, lately I feel it burning in my upper body, face, and then I'll feel all kinds of things like joint pain, headache, nausea, stomach pain, etc.. with it. And also when I start feeling anxiety I will notice my foot is burning too.
Yes mine make me feel ill. I had one a couple of days ago when I felt so odd that I couldn’t take my son to football practice. Not sure the coach would have appreciated that explanation though!
I think every one experiences hot flashes differently. I only started these and night sweats once I started to miss periods. I feel a warmth in my chest that rises to my forhead. I sweat more at night in bed. Usually over in five minutes.
