Hot Flushes - Menopause

Can anyone give me some advice I've tried 3 different HRT tablets now, I can't remember the first one I was on now then, Elleste Duet now I'm on Indivina but I'm still having mega hot flushes, terrible headaches and well I just don't sleep at all. I'm totally exhausted, I've been going through this for over a year now and I'm no further forward so far does anyone have any suggestions, I don't know how much longer I can go on like this. I can't go out anymore on a night out as when I do I literally have a river running down my back, it's so embarrasing as I'm on 43 years old and they keep telling me I'm very young to be going through this I've had enough, please can anyone help me  thanks Angela x

Hello Angela, I've joined this forum to search for help as I am struggling with the same symptom as you are. I'm desperate to sleep. I'm about to try my forth type of HRT but worried about the side effects as the progesterone tablets turn me into the angry Incredible Hulk. The Indivina are combined so this one is new to me but my mood swings are so severe I have to try something. I support so many people I have to be stable and strong and not a crying with exhaustion. How are you getting on with indivina and what strength are you on?

Hi, I have been taking sage tablets for the last three months and no longer experience hot flushes. The brand is A.VOGEL and you can buy them from Boots or a health food shop. Hope this helps. Martina

Hi, having endured a year of sleepless nights because of night sweats, started taking sage tablets last week and havent had a hot flush or night sweat since. Its a miracle! Think theyre called Menoforce and got them in Boots.
