hi i had a hysterectomy 5 yrs ago and was on hrt for 3 yrs. since coming off it i have had 2 yrs of hell. i feel i av aged ten yrs. the hot flushes are awful. i dont sleep. my hair is a mess. i an tired. ache every morning and feel so old. i av tried dozens of alternatives to no avail and all the dr offers is anti depressanrs. i excercise am not over weiht eat healthily dont smoke and drink very little. can anyone offer any advice please
