morning ladies...im ten yrs post meno at 52 and recently have been having nights were im continually hot...like one long sweat and only get a couple of hrs sleep when this occurs..didnt experience flushs etc when i went thru meno as i was young and didnt know until i went drs cos i didnt have period for a year at 42...its like my core temperature doesnt drop till 4/5 am in morning..only happens maybe once a week...🔥♥️

I am the same. I am 51 and post menopause. I have had this problem off and on but this past week has me checking the a/c/ We set it lower at night and I still have been hot. Not like a flash but just hot. I am not sleeping much and when I do I wake up feeling like crap. Headache and feeling like I haven’t slept at all.
Also I am like CarolKelso my bowels are off. But the lack of good sleep is really taking it’s toll.
its awful..got about an hr and half last night absolutely shattered..hi temps havent helped..was in garden at 3am.
i was naked windows wide open and still boiling hot…post meno has been worse for me…not used to this ,..
