I just did an anxiety test and scores high as in possible anxiety disorder. Are these tests pretty accurate?
Hi Brandon, I think the one used by NHS is the Goldberg Test which is accurate, to be honest they are all pretty generic and provide an indication of where you are on the anxiety spectrum however you can't beat a proper medical opinion from your GP. Neil
