I don't know how this is possible or fair. Chest pains. Headaches. Stomach issues. Visual problems. Concentration issues. Dizziness. All day everyday []
HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GET OVER ANXIETY WHEN YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS ALL DAY EVERYDAY CONVINCING YOU THAT
Maybe...by reminding yourself that despite all those symptoms, you are still alive. And coherent. Every day...And then, once you are convinced that this is not killing you or making you actually go insane, day-in-day-out, you need to look inside and outside yourself, pinpoint all the things that make you feel so tense and afraid. Then make small adjustments in what you do, how you do it, what you think and how you think and generally start taking conscious charge of taking yourself to a more comfortable way of being, with confidence. Start small and practical, it will become easier then to tackle bigger challenges.
All anxiety is is a signal from your soul, if you will, that you are not comfortable, that you are doing something wrong or not doing something you need to be doing, that your subconscious drives are faulty due to some old trauma/traumas or you are unkind to yourself in terms of how you deal or not deal with stress or how you take care of your body or not.
If it is confusing it is because you are in overdrive. Stop the noise in your head for 10 seconds. Then 20. Practice stopping the noise. Practice being in charge.
It gets better and chances are you will come out better and more satisfied and confident than you were to begin with. You have just outgrown your shell. Time to expand.
Sending love.
Thanks you for the response. It's just so hard and scary being at work. I feel like I've got a band around my chest and it's so uncomfortable. It never goes
With the exception of dizziness,I share all your symptoms but I do manage mine by manipulating what I eat. I eat lots of whole foods and teas like green tea, cinnamon, ginger, lemon, etc.
at work? How do you feel when you are off work then?
Oh my gosh I 100% get you😩I've suffered the same since October last year, constant doctor runs who tell me it's anxiety but I just don't believe them, feel like I know my own body is not right. Do you ever feel like you're disappearing from reality? Or like you physically can't move?
Yes. Anxiety is such a horrible thing. I've had it for a year now and it's knocked me off my feet. The disappearing thing is depersonalization, a common symptom of anxiety. It's your brain trying to protect yourself from all the negative going on. I bet you feel exhausted and ill as that too is part of anxiety. You feel so bad you can't move. It's a physical and mental torture chamber.
I've sent you private message hope it helps
