How can I break the itch and scratch cycle? I have been itching all over my body. My Doctor said the scratching is causing rashes. I am using Triamcinolone cream, Hydrocortisone, Antihistamines and wearing gloves at night .
I actually just found out that my itch rash is herpes. So I'm taking acyclovir and I got much better. So I think if it's spreading and you've already taken everything. Make sure you go to a good infectologist to make sure if it's something else and you can get the right treatment.
