how can i cope w/ anxiety

for the past week ive been feeling stressed and overwhlemed and my symptoms dont make me feel any better. ive been staying up till 3,4 & 5am bc i feel so anxious. ive been cold(hands & feet) on and off, weak and dizzy, short of breath , feeling faint, i pitch up out of my sleep everytime i start to fall asleep. i usually get like this near my menstrual but this time it is so much more overwhelming and scary. ive been depressed, crying, shaking, feeling winded, i feel like im going to faint i am just too scared. all i do is have nightmares this is too much for me. (ive been having these symptoms for years period or not but i cant remember the last time its been this bad) im scared to go to sleep. headaches everyday. no matter how much i go to the doctor and believe me i go very often everything is always normal. ive always been scared to go on pills bc i think they will have bad side effects. sigh im lost for words

See your doctor again and explain your symptoms and tell him/her you need help. He will make an assessment and discuss the various treatments such as CBT, self help techniques, medication or referral to counselling or psychiatry. If you have had this for years and you are unable to manage it yourself it may be time for some help. Best wishes. :smiling_face:

i too get them worse around my period when i try to sleep i wake up and i cant breath my head feels full im scared i have a brain tumour and i cant shake this feeling
