My mum is away for 2 weeks and I have no way of getting to the hospital for meds. Flare ups that don’t affect me when I wee don’t bother me but I’m worried the sores I have lower down will spread and I’ll be in agony while my mum is away. What’s the best way to prevent the sores spreading ?😣
Don't touch them with your hands, if you do wash them right then, this will help to keep them from spreading.
Seek treatment to keep them at bay, antiviral cream or medicines will help. Also, wash your hands immediately after touching sores. If possible, never touch them. And remember to abstain from sex.
