How do I come off zopiclone

Been taking 3.75mg zopiclone for the past 6 weeks and wish to come off, how should I do that?

Tried this week and managed 3 nights but got no sleep at all for two night and very little the third, all this is making me anxious and last night I had to take a tablet.
