i have always had this since i remember, they are skin colourish spots on glands that sometimes change colour, when erect they are more prominent does anyone have any idea what this is and how to get rid of it? ( im 17 and never have never done anything sexual)

they are pearly papules you could get them removed with Laser of other surgery or CO2, but why bother, the penis isn't the best looking thing anyway

i thought pearly papules could only appear on the corona, the spots im talking about are on the glands

They are normal, leave them alone. Laser surgery is likely a solution but it isn't worth it.
