i am terrified of peeing because for me the worse pain i feel with my herpes is when i pee. because of this im also afraid to drink water , i literally scream in pain when i pee. the bathtub thing doesnt work for me , please anyone have any suggestions ? im desperate and this is my first outbreak so im very new to this.
try sitting in warm water with sensitive skin soap and epsalt
okay im in the same boat as you with the bath water not working
ive found its best to use something like patrolium jelly to create like a barrier from the liquid and the blisters
also i know it sounds silly but sit with your legs as wide as possible and leaning as far forward as possible to try and create a free stream of urine rather than it touching the skin as it leaves
