I've likely posted similar in this forum before, but over the past month or so I've been convincing myself I have everything from lymphoma to allergies to cardiac problems, etc.
The lump on my neck has now been going down in size (occasionally painful/itchy though, I assume that's the swelling going down?) But I've gone from running to bathrooms to barely going at all, I get the worst chest pains under my ribs on both sides and in the middle (occasionally dull, but it never spreads). Tightness/lumps in my chest/throat area, headahces, blurry vision, abdominal pain, difficulties breathing, dry mouth, heavy legs, all of that good stuff. It's debilitating, most days.
I've had so many tests come back perfectly fine, and recently I've been writing out/documenting my symptoms and they've stayed fairly similar to each other over the past few days. I'm 16, and I've witnessed three loved ones die in front of me, which I know led to my severe hypochondria in one way or another, and I'm in an emotionally/mentally abusive sitution in which I cannot get out of. (Have been for 10 years.)
I've been to every doctor in the area, every school nurse, every counseler, everywhere I can think of. I've tried distractions, breathing techniques, medication, nothing works for me. I also think I might be in the gray area of sucidial, but with my fear of death it almost seems kinda ironic.
I don't know what to do anymore, and I swear I'm dying of something. Nothing helps, no medical diagnosis is enough to ease my worries. I'm a mess, and I genuinely am at a loss for my wellbeing.
Any help would be appreciated.
