just wondering what's helping people keep going daily when feeling such bad anxiety am struggling to get out of bed let alone go to work maintaine relationships and be social. curious what keeps you going medication? talk therapy? out right determination? need to try something new before I end up jobless homeless and alone.

fluoxetine / prozac saved me . xanax every once in a while to help with the aide effects . or look into ashwaghanda ive heard it helps with stress and anxiety. CBD OIL has helped me as well.
Hi there Sean, I recently found myself in the worst shape I have ever been in my life. I went from feeling completely normal, to being so anxious that the easiest things seemed hard. I begged for all different types of medicine to help fix me and the best fix I found was to relax, be patient, and be optimistic that the future holds better things. Medicine might work for you, but it turned me into a zombie. The way I overcame my anxiety was staying so busy that I didn’t have time to think about it. I would open up my Google calendar and literally fill it with so many different events. Each day I found myself thinking about it less and less. Before you know it 3 months had passed since my anxiety attack and I finally made it 1 whole day with out thinking about it. Then by 5 months I had 99% beaten anxiety. Some other simple tips that helped me along the way was working out and eating healthier (makes you feel more confident, and confidence is key to beating anxiety), praying/ going to church for whatever religion, and spending times that you would normally be alone with family and friends.
