How do you ever decide on a hospital?

Hey guys, how do you ever decide on which hospital you should go to for your treatment?

Is it based on any one of the following:

1. patient safety

2. Patient satisfaction

3. Patient rights

4. Clinical effectiveness

5. Serviced by credential medical staff or what else?

i think all hopsitals should be providing this servise. i would choose on speed of admissions. also with all the above qualities. or they are not a hospital they are somethng else.

Can you get to the hospital you choose if you are sick?  Is it far to travel? Can you use public transport if there is not a car and driver available to you?  If you are staying there can visitors come to see you fairly easily?  If it is a metal hospital in the Uk a patient generally does not have a choice.

I decide by thinking i would have to be at deaths door before going to any hospital,many staff who work their  don`t know how to  treat paitents with dignity and listen .
