but till then....how do you guys manage or cope with these horrrible symptoms?

Hi alvin29351,

I didn’t have all the symptoms you listed but did have some as well that the Kava Kava natural supplements are helping keep under control. Felt the dizziness, stomach pain, soreness in my leg/body.  I have eye floaters. If you are having lots of insomnia and not getting proper sleep, those symptoms can appear because of your lack of sleep. Before I was placed on the supplements I mention above I was drinking lots of camomile tea because that is good to relax the nervous system, if your anxiety case is mild that may be able to help but if you see that symptoms continue which was the case with me I went and got a second opinion from a Naturopath because my hospital test results all came back perfect but I knew something was wrong still.  Also google anxiety foods that can trigger and help so that you know what to stay away from. Hope that helps.

Hi Alvin

Yes, those symptoms are very annoying. I have had all of those in my twenties. All from anxiety and stress. My tests were normal too.

The symptoms are not the problem.  The unmanaged anxiety is the problem, which causes symptoms.  You have to learn how to manage your anxiety to reduce or eliminate symptoms.  Glad you have an appointment coming up.

Tell the doctor everything that is bothering you or causing anxiety.

After that appointment, you would benefit from visiting a counselor on a regular basis.

The psychiatrist will probably prescribe a medication and the counselor is more the one to help you plan on how to manage your anxiety better.  They are both good to visit.  Once you are more in control, you will feel better and symptoms should subside.

Every night I listen to Mindfulness meditations for anxiety on you tube.  They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms.  Many to choose from.

Stay active, social, exercise, eat healthy .

Avoid being alone too much because we tend to think negatively which leads to anxiety and symptoms.

Youre gonna be fine!

any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you even though they feel scary and weird. I am living proof because when it first happened I was in my 20s and now I am in my 50s and doing well. Do things that make you laugh and smile, go to counseling, keep a positive attitude no matter what,  and enjoy your life! ❤️😁👍

Thank you for your reply!

Ima definitly look up those kava kava supplements..so pretty much stress response supplements?

yeah its annoying and tortourous..

yes i had a very stressful year so it catched up to me with all these symptoms..and i had anxiety before i beat it but came back full force with all these symptoms i never had before

the fact that you said you were able to get by them pushed me more with lots of hope knowing all this is temporary

so i really need to determine how to manage anxiety then..because in my mind i think that im managing anxiety by trying not to think about it but im sure the body knows that deep down i am or if im stressed..

ive never meditated before..my “way” of relaxing myself would be taking three big deep breathes and thats it..but im sure there is WAAAAY more in managing anxiety

thank you soo much for your words!!!

truly appreciate it

No problem, Yes,  look them up first and if you are on medication right now please get followed to come off of those first before you attempt to take them and best to take them under supervision. But so far so good for me very minimal side effects, I feel more relax not getting crazy thoughts and all. There are other natural supplements as well that you can take like 5HTP etc that can help you but it’s trial and error. wish you all the best !

have never been on any medication..about 2 years ago i was given xanax at er but thats it...

Ive been trying to beat these nasty symtoms just “naturally” but not going to lie theres days it beats me to the ground and i cant take it..thats why now its been getting to me where ill take whatever the psyciatrist prescribes as far as a treatment with anti depressents(never wanted to take it in my life)...all these symtpons started on october actually..so two months of torture

only thing ive been doing is drinkong like 4 teas of chamomile daily and thats it..and hot hot showers..

I was reading breathing is important too, so I think it's good you do that. I tend to forget to breathe properly when anxiety hits and it makes me feel so much worse. I hope you get better. I understand the struggle. People keep saying good things about the mindfulness meditations, I am going to check them out too.

Hi Jan,

I wrote to you before as well😊. It gives me hope that you are doing well 🌷🌷and came past the anxiety period and now doing well in your 50s. I am 28 yr old unmarried female. I am about to get married. I am worried with all these neurological symptoms since 2 months like lip numbness, leg tightness, pins everywhere, headaches, neck pain (this i have since 2 yrs after my mom had brain stroke I didnt cope up well it took a toll on me, now she is well&#128522. I have some dreadful condition like ms and afraid there is no future ahead for me😞😞.

I have had mris, tons of blood tests all came back normal except esr is high.i have heard stress can increase esr levels. Are headaches common in anxiety??

Can you tell me what exercise regime or breathing techniques you practiced to over come this. Sorry to ask such personal question, how did your work during that peroid? No one knows what I am going through. I am working currently, cant tell anyone at work.

Hi alvin,

I was trying to drink 2-3 cups of camomile tea as well and it was helping until my anxiety went full force on me, so seeing a Naturopath who is not only providing me with supplements to address the physical (so the Kava Kava capsules) and  he provides me counselling to address any mental stress related/past issues that may have caused this ( and that I was strongly in denial about )  I find the Naturopath may more helpful than doctors. He asks me sooo many questions about mental and physical issues and specializes in individuals who feel stuck and not listened too by our current health care system and he works to address the root cause of the issue.  I see him every two-three weeks to provide him updates on how im doing and I have a journal in which I write how im doing and send him my journal before our visits in case he wants to prescribe anything else. Its still not an overnight cure but I have made progress since. Hope this helps.
