Everyone says to keep the sores dry. But mines are in the inner lips, and even in between the buttcheeks. Its hard to constantly keep them dry when im walking around etc. Or when they start to ooze constantly. Any tips? Does this mean theyll just take longer to heal since they cant stay dry?
