Hi, how do you guys usually relieve back pain in the office? I was diagnosed with scoliosis as an adolescent. I recently got a new job and my back hurt because I was sitting in front of the computer. I wear Flexpine and Boston braces at home, but I don't wear them outside. What do you do when your back hurts in the office?
