How long do dreams last on prozac, im on day 4 and drug is helping but iv dreamt everynight?😴

Not sure I'm the best to advise you on this as I only stuck with this medication for 11 days as I started to have some seriously awful side effects but I had quite vivid dreams the whole time I was taking it and for a short time afterwards. Hope they settle soon, all the best

Thanks anyway debs, i was on sertraline and was extremely ill, i noticed positive difference in prozac straight away so fingers crossed, im glad they are not nighmares!

I went up to a higher dose of fluoxatine (Prozac), 40 and then 60mg! On the 60 the dreams were very vivid ad very often! Now I'm back down to 20 I'm not getting very many at all! Not sure if that. Really helps or not. But if you stay on the same dose for a while they will hopefully settle down soon x
i had that flower very vivid, but they do egt better after a few weeks good luck sharon xx
