I was wondering how long typical STI results take? I had blood drawn, a swab, and urine test done first thing Monday morning. It's now Friday night and I didn't hear back which means I have to wait all weekend now, is this normal? My anxiety is through the roof! (she said if anything abnormal showed theyd call me right away but what even is abnormal now a days??) Due to my symptoms, I was prescribed one fluconazole tablet (for yeast) and ten days of Acyclovir as he couldnt say for sure its HSV. Has anyone experienced extreme nausea on either one? All my symptoms are now gone (meaning sores and redness) except this constant sick to my stomach feeling. Any insight is greatly appreciated!! (im located in CA btw)
yes when I took that medicine I felt sick to my stomach. . I don’t take nothing anymore. an

For those following: its been 7 days and still no call from my Dr. I will be calling tomorrow for an update but I think its a little alarming that I wasnt given any information or even what to avoid in the case that I am contagious as I’ve been in a relationship for 6 years and even my partner is like whats ok and whats not??? Thankful for forums like these because I learned so much more than from my Dr! x
