I've had such a lovely surprise today

A couple of weeks ago I was 'talking' to an old school friend on facebook and telling her of my upcoming operation, my fears and how fed up I was at that time (coming to terms with my op). We have been in touch on facebook for a few years now, but in the nearly 26 years since we left school we have only seen each other a couple of times. After we had finished chatting she got in touch with another of my old school friends (who is also still my very best friend) and got my address from her. Today while I was out at work, she bought a beautiful boxed boquet of flowers round and left them with my son, she asked him to tell me to get better soon and that she hoped they would help make the wait for my op a little easier
