been on the tabs for over a week but still carn't work out how many grams of fat to eat,everybody is saying different lol i'm in it for the long hall cos got to lose 8 stone so plzzzz help

Alot of us follow this
5g Breakfast, 10g Lunch, 15g Evening Meal. If any left you can use them for low fat snacks. Don't forget to include any milk used. I worked out how much milk I use a day. Never more than 15g fat per day if you want to avoid accidents. Hope this is useful :D
