I took Zoloft for 6 months last year with big success.
Unfortunately my anxiety is back and I started two days ago again…
May I ask if you had to stop and start again?
I just worry that I cannot be doing this every few years as the side effects are not fun.
I am trying to vision how my life will be and I so not know I’d this time round will have to stay for longer

from my experiance i would stay on meds , i did a terrible thing by going cold turkey after i felt fine i was good for 8 months and than it came back and hit me all at once it was so so bad by the second time around im on 100mg and its been 3 years im still dealing witg it but its not as bad as before . the side effects were so bad i wont lie i dont want to go throufh it again its horrible mental torture !! i pray for god to heal me completly . but there is hope still and know ur not alone in this so many people are dealing with this !! i would speak to your doc about this first before you make any more decisions . best wishies to you !! get better
