How much caffeine should I limit myself to prevent anxiety?

I used to drink 1-2 liters of Pepsi everyday (which is about 100 - 200 mgs of caffeine everyday) but now I'm trying to reduce that. Now, I try to limit myself to half liter of Pepsi daily. But despite that, I still feel like I have anxiety. I don't exactly feel anxious but here's the thing; my biggest problem with my anxiety disorder is my choking fear. I can't swallow food without thinking about the possibility that I will choke to death (especially when I'm alone). That issue doesn't seem to be happening when I have my first meal. So I linked it to caffeine (which is said to be able to trigger a panic attack or anxiety). **So how much caffeine should I limit myself daily in order to make that choking anxiety go away?** Also, one more unrelated question. I usually need 10 hours of sleep (this is my usual length of sleep when I wake up without any alarm etc). It's 2-3 hours more than average and I'm beginning to think that this may be related to caffeine addiction as well. I don't know if I'm addicted to caffeine but here's the 2nd question. **Does long term caffeine addiction lead to a need for longer sleep in the long run?** Thank you.

I was able to just stop drinking caffeine. I use to drink two to three monsters a day in my mid and late 20s. I drank them for the taste. Same with soda. But there filled with carbs. So I switched to Diet Caffeine free soda. Now I don’t get many heart palpitations and you can have an overdose of caffeine.

just dont have any
