How much is 12.5 mg estradiol per click ?

I know I’ve asked this before .. think I’m going bloody crazy but if my container pen says 12.5mg how much am I getting per click ? I’ve doubled up on the dosage and don’t want to overdose on estrogen ... maybe if I did I may feel happy again 😖
