just seeing how long after exposed to genital or oral herpes did you get symptons? what were they? was it from kissing, oral or sex?

oral herpes came from kissing unfortunately… about 2 weeks after i kissed my partner i came down with a terrible cold. coughing+sore throat+ sneezing. then a few days later my lip started tingling and itching. then a cold sore popped up… took about 3 days for the sore to pop up and fall off
