How soon after laparoscopy can you start running?

I am really missing being able to work out. How long did it take for you to start working out and running after your operation?

I am not a runner, but I would say it took me 3-4 weeks to feel like my old self after my laparoscopy. I would say as soon as you feel up to it, go ahead and try. You may want to check with your doctor as well.

Absolutely check with doctor/surgeon. Whoever did your surgery knows exactly what was done, and exactly what is at risk if you start running or having sex too soon.
