Hi all,
I work shifts so was a bit of a lazy bones and didn't get up til 10am this morn!!! I took my first bluey with my breakfast (porridge and fruit) but im hungry already!!!!
Is there a time scale you are supposed to leave before taking your next pill like pain killers u take every 4 hours???
Is 2 1/2 hrs too soon??? :roll:

You can take the tablet up to 1 hr after eating so I guess they work for about 2 hrs

Hey Kaz,
If you're hungry you can snack on fruit and veg or anything with nil fat in between. Obviously don't go crazy on the fruit cos of sugar content but veg is brill carrots, celery, cherry toms the list goes on. Zero fat yogurt is nice and if you don't like the tangy taste try adding a little bit of honey to sweeten YUM :D
