how to boost energy/overcome fatigue

for a week now ive been constantly tired and exhausted everything is more difficult to do even washing my hair cooking things like that. i dont want to sleep all day but when im awake im just so tired. luckily the level of fatigue does calm down a bit but im mostly just really exhausted and feel like i need sleep. as simple as walking down a road gets me super exhausted and i feel like im just going to drop my heart races and i become short of breath. i just feel so drowsy and my muscles feel weak and tired all day. does anyone know a way i can overcome this maybe take a pill or something idk? ive been to the doctor btw i was told everything is normal as usual just rest and drink lots of water

I really donno how to explain that fatigue feeling..do u also feel the same like something cold or hot type kind a feeling Inside the stomach..or a weird feelings all over the body??it’s disgusting to feel this..
