how to combat fatigue

does anyone here experience extreme fatigue from anxiety & how can i get my energy back & not feel so sleepy all the time. this has been going on for almost a month now. (i’ve done blood tests & seen several doctors before btw) & also i’m an 18 yr old female. have been feeling anxiety symptoms on n off for a few years & occasionally had fatigue but it was never on a 24/7 until recently

The answer is that you must end anxiety. Maybe you should find out what's trully importance to you right now, what's really effect to your life and put all other things to be forgotten. Sleep as you want, and tell yourself something good will happen when you wake up, or atleast a better thing. And remember, in this time, only wish and work for the bad, the worst not to come not for the best to come.

If it is only a month, you could just be in a rut.  We all go through it.  Same old.  Same old.  You have to shake things up.  Plan something fun for yourself.  Go out with a friend.  Buy yourself a new outfit, go outside, volunteer, help someone, join a club or sport, start a new hobby. get out of your house, room, couch for as long as possible (within the day), .  If you are tired for 3 months , you may want to talk to your GPr about the possibity of depression.  Or is it possible you are pregnant?

sigh it could very well just be that. i have no job i’m not in college or anything i have barely any friends. & i’m not pregnant i had an ultrasound in march so definitely not that
