the best and ONLY accurate way to tell is by seeing a doctor and having a pap smear done to test the discharge

You can go to an urgent care clinic and have a swab done. Should get results within 3 business days. They’d give you an antibiotic.
Ask for a full STD/STI screening if you think you may be at risk of other infections.
