I am a 28 year old, married woman. I try to attend workout sessions everyday and aspire to live actively everyday. After marriage, I have shifted to a metro city, which too was, initially a huge change for me. I used to work as a psychologist earlier, and now, I want to add qualifications to my profile... Between managing home, workouts, studies, and maintaining a relatively active social life, every sixth or seventh day,I feel extremely exhausted, even after eating and sleeping right. This usually leads in a loss of a day for me, and I am unable to see what can I do about it. I need a solution to feel upbeat on a beaten day....
I end up binge eating and hiding behind a TV on such days and tune off.... I want to avoid such days and want to take healthy and easy decisions for such days...
Any advice?
