I'm 19 yrs old. I am an H. Pylori patient and suffering from ulcer. My weight last 2016 is 91lbs and this 2017 my weight is 74lbs. Weight loss break down. I'm only 5'1(height). I'm so thin and everyone in my school teasing me stick/bone and I feel down and hurt. I want to gain weight but I failed. Because of my ulcer. I did everything to gain weight. I eat as I can. Sometimes I don't have appetite to eat. I don't know what to do to gain weight because of my ulcer. Please help me how to gain weight in 2weeks😢
The people at your school who enjoy calling you names,are obviously not very bright or caring. Regarding your question about gaining,I managed to do it by having a bowl of porridge with a generous amount of maple syrup on top,for breakfast and evening meal.
It doesn't always sound tasty but it worked for me. Richard
