I'm uncircumcised and on the left side of my penis head about 1-1.5 cm long foreskin isn't detached and I would have some rest at random moments if this was released.
This might just happen naturally. How old are you?
If you are still young (teens or twenties), It may still release natuarally. If you are older, proceed with caution as it could be very painful and could re-attach if there is no barrier between foreskin and glans. No doubt you have already tried gentle persuasion? Ultimately, you may need to seek a doctor who can do this surgically. Whatever you do, don't let anyone give you a circumcision!

There is still time for natural separation to occur. A man is not fully physically mature umtil about 22 years old. No harm in checking with your doctor as long as you don't get persuaded to have a circumcision.
