If curd is giving you a burning sensation in your abdomen, it may be better to start with small amounts of it or avoid it completely.

Curd is the main solution to ibs-d.
So I am interested to take curd.
However, you say you tried it and it caused burning in your stomach. It sounds like it is causing irritation. That’s why I was suggesting that you should take small amounts of it first to see you tolerate it better. If a smaller amount still burns your stomach, it would be better avoiding it.
