2.Consider what you can control-and work on that.
3.Do what you love.
Manage your time well.
4.Preserve good boundaries.
Realize there's a difference between worrying and caring.
5.Embrace mistakes-or at least don't down in perfectionism.

You have figured it all. Yes these are causing my stress especially 4 th point over caring about family when they themselves dont care about their health..which you dont have any control over.
It takes time believe me!
