How to overcome stress?

1.Figure out where you stress is coming from.

​2.Consider what you can control-and work on that.

​3.Do what you love.

​Manage your time well.

​4.Preserve good boundaries.

​Realize there's a difference between worrying and caring.

​5.Embrace mistakes-or at least don't down  in perfectionism.

You have figured it all. Yes these are causing my stress especially 4 th point over caring about family when they themselves dont care about their health..which you dont have any control over.
