hi does anyone know how I use cider vinegar in the bath or tub? I'm sure its 2 cups but I'm not sure . I'd also like to use it to clean my outside vagina . thank you.
I used 2 cups in lukewarm bath water and bathed in it for 20 i did it a couple time but it made my symptoms worse so becarful.
how worse ?
i barely had any discharge just itching and burning after the apple cider bath i had alot of discharge and the itching got worse. everyone is different though.
yea I’m.scared to use it tbh but I cant try it yet as I’ve blister down there .
