Hi. ive been on sertaline for 2 weeks now, first week 50mg second week 100mg, not to many side effects, nothing bad anyway, but how can i tell what dose i should be taking, i felt a bit better on 50mg but feel the same on 100mg. So i donno? is there anyway of telling what dose works best for each individual? Thanks.
Your doctor should ask you how things are going and if your symptoms are gone they should keep you on the dosage that is working.
